These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed with Galaxy Labs. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, that the materials are being acquired solely for laboratory, academic, institutional, or in-vitro research, and that you accept these terms.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that possession, handling, and intended research use are lawful and appropriate for their institution or laboratory.
Product pages are intended to identify catalogue materials and may include format, nominal size, molecular information, storage notes, batch references, and published analytical records. Where a third-party analytical report is published, the Verification page identifies the report that is actually available. General catalogue wording does not replace a batch-specific analytical report, validated laboratory method, or institutional SOP.
Website prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The authoritative order total is recalculated by the Galaxy Labs server at checkout using current catalogue pricing, any valid active discount code, and the applicable domestic shipping fee. Promotion codes may be changed, disabled, or expired and are valid only when accepted by the checkout server.
An unpaid checkout reservation may be held for up to 48 hours and may then be cancelled and released. Galaxy Labs may decline or cancel an order where it cannot reasonably be fulfilled, where information supplied is materially inaccurate, or where the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with the research-use-only terms.
Payment is completed through PayRam's hosted checkout. Depending on provider, device, and regional availability, PayRam may present card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or supported crypto methods. Direct USDC payment on Base is supported where shown by PayRam. Galaxy Labs does not collect or store raw card details.
An order is not treated as paid merely because a customer returns to the Galaxy Labs website. Payment status is determined by verified backend confirmation from PayRam and may also be reconciled against PayRam's payment status if a callback is delayed or missed.
Galaxy Labs ships to New Zealand addresses only. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after verified payment. Pre-order items have an estimated 7–15 day lead time before dispatch. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order normally ships together once all items are ready.
Standard domestic transit is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch. Urban shipping is NZ$10 and rural shipping is NZ$15. Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is NZ$200 or more. Dispatch, pre-order, and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Standard domestic shipping is not represented as a validated laboratory cold chain. On receipt, the purchaser should inspect the package and material, record the relevant batch reference, and follow the storage condition applicable to the specific product or batch together with their institutional SOP.
Because research materials require controlled lot integrity and chain of custody, Galaxy Labs does not accept product returns. Do not send materials back unless Research Support has expressly instructed you to do so in writing.
Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:
Approved refunds are processed using an appropriate method supported for the transaction, typically within 5 business days after approval. Because some PayRam payments settle in cryptocurrency, the practical refund route may differ from the payment method initially shown at checkout. Shipping charges are ordinarily non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to Galaxy Labs.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable New Zealand law.
Purchasers are responsible for appropriate laboratory storage, handling, documentation, contamination control, disposal, and method validation. The Lab Handling page is a general research workflow reference only and must be read together with product- or batch-specific information and the purchaser's institutional procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, catalogue materials are supplied for research use only and without any representation of suitability for human or veterinary use. Galaxy Labs is not responsible for loss arising from use outside the stated research-use scope, failure to follow applicable storage or institutional procedures, or reliance on website material as medical or dosing advice.
